Takayuki began his career at Sumitomo Trust & Banking, where he was engaged in financial product development, marketing, and retail business planning.
He later joined A.T. Kearney, a global strategy consulting firm, where he advised financial institutions and trading conglomerates on M&A strategies, new business development, and corporate transformation.
In October 2007, he joined a leading private equity firm, where he led investments primarily in the services, retail, trading, construction, rental, and consulting sectors. He possesses top-tier expertise and a strong track record in consumer, service, and brand-driven businesses.
In 2025, he co-founded With X Partners (WXP) and assumed the role of CEO.
He has served as a speaker at AVCJ, Asia’s largest private equity conference, on the topic of Mid-Cap Private Equity in Japan, and contributed to the Japan Buyout Market Review.
He has also conducted training programs for organizations such as Tokio Marine Group and major trading houses.

Yoshihiro began his career at Sumitomo Corporation, where he was involved in business investments in the retail sector.
In September 2006, he joined a leading private equity firm, gaining extensive investment experience across a wide range of industries including healthcare, services, technology, and apparel.
From 2013 to 2018, he was actively engaged in corporate management. At Akindo Sushiro, he led business process reengineering (BPR) and transformation initiatives. At Bushu Pharmaceuticals, he served as the lead for the acquisition and post-merger integration (PMI) of CMC-related business of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company (now Spera Pharma).
He holds top-tier expertise and a proven track record in the healthcare sector.

Yasutake Iioka
Yasutake began his career at MUFG Bank, where he was engaged in corporate banking and advisory services. He later joined the Investment Banking Division of Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities in both Tokyo and London, where he worked on equity underwriting transactions.
In August 2016, he joined a leading private equity firm, where he was responsible for IR and planning, including fundraising, investor relations, and communication with domestic and international institutional investors.
In April 2023, he became the Head of Business Development at Misaki Capital, a leading engagement fund.
In 2025, he co-founded With X Partners (WXP) and assumed the role of Partner, overseeing investor relations and middle/back-office operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Gakushuin University, an MBA from Hitotsubashi University Business School, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Tsukuba.
He is a Chartered Member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan (CMA) and a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Tsukuba Business School (GSSM).
Yasutake has received multiple academic honors, including the Security Analysts Journal Award (2020) and the Meikeikai Award (2025) for his empirical study on the mechanism of private equity investments.

Hiroaki Sugita
Mr. Sugita holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology and an MBA from Keio University Graduate School of Business Administration.
He is the former Japan Chairman and currently a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He also serves as a Professor at Waseda Business School (MBA Program).
Mr. Sugita is an Outside Director at Unicharm Corporation, Kaizen Platform, and Luup, and an advisor to UTokyo IPC, STRIVE, SkyDrive, and DataLabs. He is also an executive member of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai).

Mr. Ogino holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Keio University.

In 2001, he joined Tokio Marine Capital as a Partner, where he was engaged in both buyout and venture capital investments.
Since 2010, Mr. Ogino has founded multiple startups in areas such as digital content, renewable energy, and natural language processing AI, with a broader focus on digital transformation (DX).
