With X Partners Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed the second closing of With X I Limited Partnership (the “Fund”) as of March 27, 2026.
At this closing, the Fund welcomed new commitments primarily from institutional investors, including regional financial institutions. Through the expansion of its investor base, we aim to further strengthen our ability to address succession and growth needs of mid-sized and small enterprises in regional areas, while deepening our collaboration with regional financial institutions.
We will continue fundraising activities toward the Fund’s target size of JPY 20 billion, while also advancing discussions on several investment opportunities currently under review, with a view to executing investments in the near term.
